What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save is an auto-shipment subscription we offer to ensure that you never miss a dose. Choosing to subscribe also provides the benefit of pricing discounts for subscribed products.
What are the available subscription options?
Our current offerings include auto-shipping items every 1, 2, or 3 months.
The 1 and 2-month delivery frequencies include a 20% product discount savings, while the 3-month delivery frequency includes a 15% product discount.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
To manage your subscription:
1. Login to your account via the account icon found in the navigation panel at the top of the page
2. Click on Subscriptions
3. Customize or cancel your subscription
Why is my product limited to certain delivery frequencies?
Product delivery frequency options are calculated by combining the number of tablets/capsules/pouches and recommended daily dosage of the product. For instance, if a product bottle contains 30 capsules, it will have a 1 or 2-month subscription availability, as the product would not provide any clinical benefits if stretched over the course of 3 months.

Why do we use D-Chiro Inositol in our Ovofolic formulation?
In several clinical studies, DCI administration had beneficial effects on ovulation, anthropometric and metabolic markers in PCOS women by enhancing insulin. The effects of metformin in improving insulin action in PCOS women was achieved though the release of DCI-IPG mediators. For more information follow the links below:

What side effects can I expect when taking Ovofolic?
The typical side effects when taking inositol supplements include nausea, tiredness, headaches, and dizziness. In rare cases, users may also experience stomach cramps and bloating. To help mitigate side effects, we recommend taking Ovofolic within close proximity of a meal and separately from other medications to avoid any digestive issues. If side effects prevail, you may also try taking a half dose daily. We advise speaking to your health care practitioner first, and contacting usinfo@elanhealthcare.ca, if you have any more questions.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Standard shipping times are between 7-15 business days.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.
How long do I have to refund/exchange an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What items are eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
How do I return a product?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@elanhealthcare.ca.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
1. return shipping label
2. instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is the Satisfaction Guarantee?
Should you be unsatisfied with your results after trying one of our products, we will offer a refund as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply contact us at info@elanhealthcare.ca. Please do not send back your opened/used products.
I sent back my item but I haven't gotten a refund!
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@elanhealthcare.ca to request a return, or to get additional assistance with your refund.
